CUT – OFF / LEAD TIME
We can only process orders placed between 8AM to 2PM.
Anything ordered beyond 2PM will be processed the following business day.
For our chocolate collection products, you can easily pick up your order in 45 minutes.
We enforce a strict cut-off time for your baked goods orders, it should be ready 45 - 120 minutes after your order is placed.
While our cakes have 1-3 days lead time.
Please take note that lead times are applicable once the payment has been confirmed.
PICK – UP
You can contact our dispatching team through 0919-088-8697 (available on Viber) for updates regarding your order.
Personal Pick-up: Picking up the goods personally at our commissary is an available option.
In-house Delivery: Our team will arrange an in-house delivery person to deliver your order. We will be charging a minimum delivery fee of 200 php for nearby areas.
Self Delivery: You can book a Third party delivery and send the details to our dispatch team.

DISCOUNTS
A minimum purchase of 3,000 php to avail the free shipping voucher.
We encourage you to use the TIGREFREESHIPPING voucher upon checkout when it is applicable. NO VOUCHER, NO DISCOUNT
Discount vouchers are not applicable to Packages/Bundles.
Use of discount vouchers cannot overlap (discount off & free shipping).
A maximum “300 PHP off” in free shipping voucher.
